The definition of a tiny home can vary, typically focusing on floor space, but there no universally accepted features. These homes can be mobile and may or may not include traditional home characteristics. According to the International Residential Code, a house is defined as having a maximum floor area of 37 m2; however, SHB's models are larger and offer more usable living space.
